Muay Thai, sometimes referred to as Thai boxing, or the Art of Eight Limbs (fists, elbows, knees and shins), is a Thai martial art and full-contact combat sport that uses stand-up striking, sweeps, and various clinching techniques. This was once known as an ancient art of war in Thailand, where warriors would jump off elephants into combat, and those among the best had the honour of guarding the King.
Nowadays it has earned its position as the most respected striking art on the world stage such as One Championship. See this iconic fight below. It’s also worth noting that we do not expect our members to become fighters, but want to share what is the pinnacle of our sport as an example.

Fundamental sessions
Our Fundamental sessions are aimed at beginners who have had zero experience with Muay Thai, where we will cover the basics from how to stand, form a fist, which part of the leg you should be kicking with, and how to hold pads. This is a great place to learn the basics or if you haven’t trained in a little while to brush up on your skills. Even those who are experienced return to the fundamental sessions to work on finesse and the details.
Please note – You will need your own gloves and ideally hand wraps.
Intermediate sessions
These sessions are more geared towards those who have done at least a few months of Fundamentals with us or for those where you will have an understanding of striking, pad holding and basic combinations. Here we practice drills in partners, break down technique from counters, setting traps, rhythm and fluidity. If you’re looking for the thai experience without having to go to Thailand, then this is it.
Please note. In addition to gloves and wraps, you may need your own shin guards.
